## Description

Thirteen Group seeks to appoint up to three Contractors \(one per lot\) to supplement the Thirteen Group in-house team\. The successful Contractor\(s\) will be responsible for all required Responsive Repairs and maintenance and Out of Hours Emergency Work in a range of properties as identified in the respective Lots\. Lot A - Tees Valley including Outlying properties in Hambleton and Scarborough \[Total 791 properties\] Lot B - Durham including Outlying properties in Richmondshire \[Total 387 properties\] Lot C - Tyne & Wear \[Total 464 properties\] The number of Properties is Indicative and may vary during the course of the contract due to acquisitions / disposals\. NE Procurement Ltd \("NEP"\) is managing this procurement on behalf of the Contracting Body\.
