BEACH LEVEL LOWERING AND REPLENISHMENT AT RYDE BEACH

Description

Ryde Town Council requires a contractor to relocate sand from the beach at Ryde adjacent to the Marina arm which suffers from build-up due to longshore drift and the Easterly winds that are prevalent in this area during the winter. The sand will then need to be deposited Easterly to Appley Beach where beach sports are due to take place this summer. All other specifications are within the appendices and other documents attached to this notice.
