The Borough Council of Bolton \(the Authority\) is prepared to receive tenders on behalf of Bolton Cares Limited for TC077 - Bolton Cares Provision of Building Cleaning Services which will be subject to the information, specification and tender package enclosed\. Bolton Cares Limited considers the need for a clean and safe environment to be essential\. Both the people we support and our staff expect a safe, hygienic, clean and pleasant environment\.
