16/13 Repairs & Maintenance Services

Tamworth Borough Council is procuring a single contract to cover the provision of Responsive Repairs and Maintenance, Works to Void Properties, Gas Servicing and Maintenance, Planned Works, Cyclical Decorations and Cyclical Services all set out in the Invitation to Tender. The contract will have a minimum duration of two years with a single option to extend by one further year. The contract will be based upon the NHF SOR Version6.3.
