## Description

Tamworth Borough Council is procuring a single contract to cover the provision of Responsive Repairs and Maintenance, Works to Void Properties, Gas Servicing and Maintenance, Planned Works, Cyclical Decorations and Cyclical Services all set out in the Invitation to Tender\. The contract will have a minimum duration of two years with a single option to extend by one further year\. The contract will be based upon the NHF SOR Version6\.3\. The Invitation to Tender can be accessed at https://www\.in-tendhost\.com/tamworthbc and will be found under Reference 16/13\. Additional information: Invitation to tender documents may be downloaded from Tamworth Borough Council's e-procurement portal at https://in-tendhost\.co\.uk/tamworthbc \.
