Job Evaluation Training

Royal Berkshire Fire Authority (RBFA) requires job evaluation training which evaluates all Green Book positions in a recognised and structured way. This evaluation process determines the nature of the position and remuneration package for each individual Green Book employee. The evaluation training process needs to have a consistent approach for staff to ensure that job roles are evaluated to the same standard.
