## Description

Royal Berkshire Fire Authority \(RBFA\) requires job evaluation training which evaluates all Green Book positions in a recognised and structured way\. This evaluation process determines the nature of the position and remuneration package for each individual Green Book employee\. The evaluation training process needs to have a consistent approach for staff to ensure that job roles are evaluated to the same standard\.
