## Description

HS2 Ltd has awarded two contracts \(as detailed below\) following a further competition under Lot 2 \(Procurement, Supply Chain and Commercial Consultancy Services\) of the CCS Management Consultancy Services 2 Framework \(RM6008\)\. The contracts have been awarded for an initial period of two years, with the option to extend for a further period of up to two years \(via single or multiple fixed terms\)\. Lot 1 - Resource Augmentation To provide specialist procurement resources to cover gaps in the resource plan\. Lot 2 - Strategic Advice To provide strategic advice on a range of procurement areas such as continuous improvement and process development\.
