The Mechanical Enabling Works project is a programme of works to replace or upgrade various building services systems associated with the heating, cooling, ventilation, and hot & cold water systems within Threadneedle Street\. The project will: • Enable statutory compliance obligations to be met\. • Improve operative health and safety whilst working in shafts • Provide enabling works for following project works\.
