## Description

\*\*\*Modification of the Contract\*\*\* Contract variation 001 is to amend the contract end date from the 30th September 2025 to the 31st March 2026\. \*\*\*\*\* THIS IS AN AWARD NOTICE, NOT A CALL FOR COMPETITION \*\*\*\*\* This procurement is being concluded following a mini competition under the CCS Research & Insights RM6126 DPS\. Brief Description of Requirement This evaluation will be focused on the Pilot Business Energy Advice Service \(BEAS\)\. This is a government scheme offering subsidised energy assessments and grants to micro, small and medium sized businesses \(SMEs\) within the West Midlands Combined Authority \(WMCA\)\. The Pilot BEAS will run from October 2023 to March 2025 across The West Midlands ITL1 region \(phase 1\)\. It is likely that the Pilot BEAS will be extended until March 2026 \(phase 2\) and DESNZ will choose to extend the evaluation to a second phase to cover the additional year\.
