ITT: itt\_\_31232 - UKAS Water Sampling Testing & Air Monitoring for the Great Western Hospital's Endoscopy and Sterile Services The Great Western Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust has a requirement for the provision of its UKAS water sampling services for the below repertoire of testing: - TVC \(Endoscopy\) - Mycobacteria \(Endoscopy\) - Endotoxin \(Endoscopy\) - TOC \(Endoscopy\) - Chemical Analysis \(Endoscopy\) - Lumen Sample Testing \(Endoscopy Surrogate device\) - Instrument Bio Burden testing - Air Monitoring \(Endoscopy & Sterile Services\) It is the expectation that this contract will be let for an initial 2 year term with options to not extend a maximum term of 3 years in total\.
