National - Aurora Transformation Programme - Professional Support

Description

The Asset Management Transformation workstream has explicitly been set-up to deliver the April 2025 to March 2028 phases - and enable the implementation of later phases - of the Asset Management Strategy 2023 - 2033. As the two Aurora workstreams are intrinsically linked, delivery of the Capital Transformation workstream is also critical to the delivery of the Strategy. A set of multiple workstreams have been devised to address several aspects of transformation required and due to limited EA resource, consultancy support is required to deliver these in a timely fashion.
