Safe and Warm Homes Grant Scheme

These works will improve living conditions by increasing energy efficiency and alleviating the impact of cold homes on residents who are vulnerable to the cold, and to alleviate the risk of other hazards around the home. Work may include central heating install and boiler upgrades, plumbing repairs, electrical works, work to rectify damp issues, roof repairs, loft insulation, measures to prevent slips, trips and falls, installation of handrails to staircases and external steps.
