## Description

This Framework will meet the domiciliary care needs of the following groups of people who meet the nationaleligibility criteria and reside within the City of Newcastle: — Older People aged 65 years and over, — People who have Learning Disabilities and/or Autism aged 18 years and over, — People with Mental Health needs aged 18 years and over, — People with Physical Disabilities, including sensory impairment aged 18 years and over, — People aged 18 years and over with specific needs, for example \(but not restricted to\) dementia, end-of-life,palliative care, and sudden onset brain injury\. It will operate between the hours of 7:00 to 23:00, 365 days per year \(366 in any leap year\)\.
