prj_6917 - MIRO Licence Expansion

Description

Provision of Miro Enterprise licences and support via G-Cloud 14 (RM1557.14), awarded in compliance with PCR 2015 using the framework direct award route. The contract includes continuation of existing prepaid licences and scalable draw-down in defined blocks up to a capped volume. The initial term is 24 months with an option to extend for a further 12 months (36 months total). Maximum contract value is £152,064 inclusive of VAT , with spend dependent on licence utilisation and draw-down.
