## Description

Provision of Miro Enterprise licences and support via G-Cloud 14 \(RM1557\.14\), awarded in compliance with PCR 2015 using the framework direct award route\. The contract includes continuation of existing prepaid licences and scalable draw-down in defined blocks up to a capped volume\. The initial term is 24 months with an option to extend for a further 12 months \(36 months total\)\. Maximum contract value is £152,064 inclusive of VAT , with spend dependent on licence utilisation and draw-down\.
