Description
The City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council (the "Council") has a statutory obligation to provide Travel Assistance ("TA") to eligible children of compulsory school age, to facilitate their attendance at school in certain circumstances. The Council also provides TA for eligible adults. The Council required a consultant to undertake a review of Council service provision.
