CHD Living - Provision of Intermediate Care Beds with Therapy

This service provides short-term, goal-orientated, evidence-based rehabilitation to patients who present with health needs which are likely to benefit from a short period of rehabilitation and are over the age of 18. Block Beds that include 9 hours of Therapeutic face to face sessions a week.

Additional information: The reason this did not go through a competitive process and was directly awarded was due to the specialist nature of the service, there are no other providers available that are local to Wandsworth and Merton boroughs
