Support & Maintenance of the Mercator Cartographic Production System (MCPS). This contract was awarded under the Negotiated Procedure Without Prior Publication of a Contract Notice pursuant to Article 32(2)(b)(iii) of Directive 2014/24/EU (Regulation 32(2)(b)(iii) of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015). This is for reasons connected with the protection of exclusive design rights; Mercator is a proprietary product owned wholly by 1Spatial Group Limited and such services cannot be provided without access to that information.
