## Description

Additional rates for Derby Homes' Electrical Installations Framework\. The Client requires Service Providers who are currently on its existing Electrical Installations Framework to carry out additional works related to the original framework rates\. New rates are to be created on the framework for this purpose, and prices for these rates are to be provided by Service Providers who are interested in carrying out the works\. Additional information: The framework value of £4,000,000 represents the maximum amount of spend that can be made on this framework\. The amount of work and the total value of the work given throughout the duration of this framework is not guaranteed, and so a value cost of £0\.00 has been assigned to each successful contractor\. Work will be called off from a Schedule of Rates when required, or alternatively a call for further competition may be held\.
