Low Carbon RAB Financial Adviser

Description

Ofgem requires expert financial advice, from a consultant with significant project finance experience, with capabilities to provide advice on the RAB regime design, as well as support other important areas such as engagement with credit ratings agencies and debt and equity investors. The precise areas of work will be around the project finance structures designed to support the low carbon technologies in question and implications for the (financial) regulation of entities under the new proposed RAB regimes.
