Employers Agent - Refer to specification2 Stage Tender:- Stage 1 (Selection Questionnaire) - to identify which Organisations expressing an interest meet the Company's minimum prequalification standards;- Stage 2 (Invitation to Tender) - to select the Organisations to be invited to tender from amongst those who meet those minimum prequalification standards.The Framework Agreement:Framework: Direct Award without re-opening competitionIt is anticipated that either two or three suppliers will be successful for each Lot and Direct Award without re-opening competition to that Lot based on a fair and equal split applicable to that Lot based on appointed fees.
