Business Consultancy services \(including training, management, advice, and business support\) for the following 4 Lots: Lot 1 - Fit for Growth - Help for local firms achieve better productivity through planned and managed change helping with transition to digitalisation, linked to innovation and low carbon productivity - and including provision of leadership and management skills training and courses\. Lot 2 - Fit for Net Zero - Help local firms achieve adapt to net zero through better resource efficiency and working towards low and zero carbon supply chains\. Lot 3 - Rural Hubs - Tailored service for new and establishing social enterprises and non-profit driven which provide services in rural areas, as well as for-profit businesses serving communities in Smaller Rural Places\. Lot 4 - Support for local entrepreneurs to start-up businesses, including specific help for people that promotes financial well-being\.
