The requirement for this contract is a process, impact and economic evaluation of the GHFIF programme. It is required to meet the commitment included in the GHFIF business case, which sets out the needs for an evaluation to understand the impact of the uptake of financial products, as well as to understand how the design and implementation of the various financial products has influenced the achieved outcomes.
