## Description

National Highways has incorporated disabled customers' needs for diversion routes in this year's Equality, Diversity and Inclusion \(EDI\) Action Plan\. The aim is to use the simulator study to focus on our disabled customers needs so we can improve their experience of diversion routes and produce a report of findings\. This report and overall study will be used to update the Diversion Routes - A Customer View Implementation toolkit deliverables in the Customer Service plan by September 2024\.
