Contract for the provision of installation and commissioning of comfort cooling in the Ringwood Council Offices, The Furlong, Ringwood, Hampshire, BH24 1AT for New Forest District Council (NFDC) commencing 8 January 2018.

The scope of works below is a summary only and is not intended to give a description of the whole works. The contractor must read the specification thoroughly to gain a full understanding of the design intent.

The scope includes for the following: • Provide comfort cooling to the building as shown in the drawings outlined in section C 2.6.2 • Carry out all associated mechanical and electrical works along with any builder's work that is required.

The duration of the works is 4 weeks. The successful supplier will be expected to commence the works on 8 January 2018 and finish the works by 29 January 2018.
