## Description

STFC is seeking to appoint a contractor to undertake stage one pre-construction activities under a PCSA for the R131 enabling works\. The services will include validating and developing the design, buildability reviews, cost and programme planning, risk management, value engineering and open-book supply-chain procurement in preparation for the construction phase\.
