Romney Marsh Employment Hub - Stage 2 Service Road and Infrastructure

Folkestone & Hythe District Council wishes to engage a contracting organisation to provide design & build construction work of the five hectares of employment land.

The tender requirement is for the design and construction of a new vehicular access and service road together with the associated utilities infrastructure at the future employment site at Mountfield Road (referred to as Romney Marsh Employment Hub - Stage 2). The development will serve an extension of Mountfield Road Industrial Estate and can be seen on the plan drawing of Mountfield Estate Option A. The project will involve the design and construction of: 1. On-Site Works - Design & Build 2. Off-Site Works - Design & Build
