Provision of an Interim Strategic Programme Manager to provide strategic and programme development support for GLCCA's Employment and Skills Team, leading key employment and skills initiatives, developing business cases, supporting devolved funding programmes, and helping deliver priority workforce and skills outcomes across Greater Lincolnshire.
