Description
The four Tees Valley Councils, comprising, Hartlepool, Middlesbrough, Redcar & Cleveland and Stockton, are jointly procuring the treatment of green wastes collected by each Council from with their area. Such treatment may include composting or other suitable biological treatments resulting in a useful end product.
