Porton Labs Refurbishment and Plant Replacement

UKHSA require a specialist principal contractor to undertake works on the Porton Down site involving laboratory refurbishment and HVAC replacement(s). The estimated contract start date is January 2025 with works completing no later than March 2026.

All works will be conducted under Non-Disclosure Agreements, in sensitive and hazardous areas, where company processes and procedures must coincide with UKHSA site policies. The project requires a turnkey solution for the design, build and commission of the refurbishment of laboratory X and the design, build and commission of new HVAC systems for laboratories Y and Z.
