## Description

The property comprises a one storey building which comprised of 38 commercial units\. The property is understood to be built in the 70s with a currently with a flat roof covering 1654sqm\. Currently the roof of block one has an asphalt flat roof with each of the 12nr roof lights spanning across 2 units and part of the corridor which lead to the various units\. The works will comprise of installing an over-cladding roofing system \(matching the neighbouring block\), with corresponding roof lights installed directly over the existing roof lights, the existing roof lights on the flat roof will be left in-situ under the new roofing system\.
