Description
University of Plymouth is seeking to appoint a contractor to undertake internal adaptations and fit out works for creation of new immerse crime suite, digital simulations room and interrogation rooms. Works will be carried out on the second floor of Block A within Portland Square Building which is located on the main University campus. There is a need for demolition of existing partitions, construction of new acoustic partitions, new suspended ceilings, new floor finishes, mock kitchen and bathroom installations. In addition to that there will be requirement for mechanical (fresh air ventilations, in floor plenum, modification of heating distributions and emitters, builders work in connection with mechanical install) and electrical (New small power distribution, new lighting throughout, new AV installations, modifications of existing fire detection and warning system, builders work in connection with electrical install.
