## Description

LiveWest are planning on developing circa 16,000 properties over the next ten years through a range of contract agreements\. This tender will assess valuation consultant's ability to deliver valuation services for land and sales valuations, disposal valuations and security charging valuation, across four geographical lots: Cornwall, Devon, Somerset \(and West Dorset\) and West of England\.
