This support will help LPAs strengthen the project management of their plan-making processes. It includes the co-design of a toolkit, one-to-one support, and group-based sessions to improve timetabling, resourcing, and risk management. The focus is on practical advice and tools that can be consistently applied across both plan-making systems. )
