CP2459-23 Renewable Energy Feasibility on DCC's Estate

Description

To commission consultants to update and bring together old feasibility studies of potential renewable energy installations on DCC's estate - land and buildings. It involves bringing together various data sets of DCC's estate and buildings with their expertise and data on RE feasibility, costs and business case. The expected outcomes of the work are, therefore, as follows: A. A prioritised shortlist of the top 50 most suitable sites in excel, ArcGIS or other appropriate software B. An information sheet for each suitable site C. A succinct report outlining criteria and methodology D. An assessment of the financial business case of the top projects, current grid connection constraints in Devon and any supply chain issues. E. Recommendations for next steps Followed the Restricted Procedure below threshold.
