## Description

This Opportunity Notice is to advertise the launch of the Invitation to Tender \(ITT\) that invites suppliers to submit a bid for the provision of requirements as set out in the Specification in 'Document 3 - Specification of the Requirement' which can be found via the Jaggaer portal\.
