2021-173 Non-Domestic Consumers Survey

Description

This contract is for undertaking a bespoke survey covering a representative sample of non-domestic consumers (microbusinesses, SMEs and large businesses), complemented with qualitative research to give us in-depth information for case studies. Ofgem wants to improve its understanding of non-domestic energy consumers. As such, the survey should cover questions around the costs and affordability of energy for non-domestic consumers, their needs, priorities, and challenges as we all as how they are experiencing the recent rise in energy costs.
