Bolsover District Council (the 'Authority') is issuing this invitation to tender ('ITT') in connection with the competitive procurement the Management and delivery of Bolsover Partnership's Mental Health & Emotional Wellbeing of Children and Young People 11 -16 and Bolsover Skills to Thrive 16 - 24 provision of , funded by the district's allocation of the UK Shared Prosperity Fund and Public Health
