'Abritas' Choice-Based Lettings System Software (Support & Maintenance)

'Abritas' Choice-Based Lettings System Software used for all YHN Customers seeking Council Housing (due to Tyne & Wear Split). As Tyne & Wear Homes Partnership was dissolved in June 2022, YHN's data and configuration on the joint Abritas platform was moved to a new system unique to YHN. This was awarded through a negotiated process due to the fact that it is a software maintenance agreement linked to software that is only provided by the Developer. This being the case, no other Provider can be utilised.
