## Description

The scope of the proposed contract is the supply of materials used by Gateway Property Care \(GPC\) for the on going repairs and maintenance to all domestic and commercial properties\. This also includes the supply of materials for all Investment works undertaken by \(GPC\)\. The proposed term of the contract is for 3 years fixed term with the option to extend for up to 2 additional years \(3\+1\+1\)\.
