Work description
Manned guarding. 2 x car park attendants for Middlesbrough Campus (termtime, reducing to 1 out of term time, when Christmas shut down occurs no attendants required). 1x manned guard at the Library 24/7 (night shifts). Manned guard coverage for annual leave at Middlesbrough and Darlington Campus Manned guard coverage when required at other buildings on and off site such as MIMA. Manned guarding for events.
Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
