## Description

The Civil Aviation Authority's \(CAA's\) IT Department require a mechanism to purchase, software licenses, subscriptions, and associated services via a Supplier \(reseller\) using a consolidated route\. A further competition has been conducted by CAA in accordance with the Public Contract Regulations 2015, under the CCS RM6098 Technology Products and Associated Services 2 Framework Agreement Lot 3\. As a result of this competition, the contract for the provision to purchase software licenses, subscriptions, and associated services via a supplier \(reseller\) using a consolidated route has been awarded by the CAA\. The initial term of the contract is 5 years, with a maximum potential value of up to £10 million across the first 5 years\. There will be 2 optional additional 12-month extension periods\. This contract does not constitute a guarantee of any level of expenditure\.
