Vivacity Labs Limited to provide Traffic Data Collection services.\r \r Intelligent traffic data would be obtained by installing a total of 18 ANPR cameras. Located on M62 and Rocket Interchange signalised junction, these would provide Liverpool City Council with accurate traffic volumes, also record all traffic movements at Rocket Interchange junction.\r \r Traffic data obtained ahead of construction will enable Liverpool City Council to develop suitable temporary traffic management arrangements options for construction period. The objective being to minimise disruption to the existing to highway network, minimising increases in journey times and queue lengths
