Contract Amendment NO. 5
This amendment relates to a revision of Key Personnel, inclusion of 2 new deliverables to the Terms of Reference, revision of Personnel Input & Fee Rates and the inclusion of new consortia members. NOTE: there is no change to the agreed financial limit of this contract as a result of these changes.
