Christmas Event Management and Delivery

Wigan Council is looking for an event management company/entertainment provider to curate, deliver and manage the entire stage programme for Wigan and Leigh's Christmas events which take place on Saturday 18th November 2023 and Sunday 26th November 2023 within the budget of £28,000 (exc. VAT). The event spaces are large enough to accommodate between 3,000 and 5,000 people at any one time (depending on layout) and will be free to attend. \r \r The target demographic is families with young children 12 and under. The Leigh events will take place from Leigh Town Hall or Spinning Gate Shopping Centre Car Park and the Wigan events will take place from Wigan town centre. \r \r The closing date for the receipt of final tender bids is Monday 4th September 2023 at 12:00 noon.\r
