## Description

Lancaster University is currently reviewing its HEIF activity both to ensure maximum effectiveness of HEIF-funded activities & the University’s knowledge exchange and enterprise activities more broadly and to prepare for planning HEIF funding post 2015/16\. The internal review group is working to the following objective: Review current HEIF activity and processes to ensure they: \(1\) effectively contribute to the fulfilment of the strategic business and enterprise goals of the University as well as HEFCE’s long-term strategic commitment to Knowledge Exchange; and \(2\) best position the University viz\. HEIF funding post-2016\. To support this review Lancaster has commissioned an external review of current HEIF activity\.
