This tender is being carried out under University of Portsmouth AV Framework. This is closed to suppliers of that framework Please find attached the tender documents for the Audio Visual Requirements - Future Technology Centre (FTC). Please give plenty of time when uploading your return, to allow for any unforeseen issues. The University requires AV equipment to be supplied and installed into our Future Technology Centre. The audio visual equipment in the FTC is provided around four rooms, over two floors, separated by folding partitions. Each room has five displays all of which will need to communicate with each other to support Technology-Enhanced Active Learning (TEAL), all four classrooms must be able to function as one single classroom or two floor based classrooms on occasion, so for the purpose of this tender, we are treating it as one large classroom with zoned areas controlled programmatically through Crestron Touchscreens.
