This contract aims to: - Reviews of effectiveness of governance arrangements; - Ongoing advice and guidance to Pension Boards - Governance Policy development / guidance on overall governance structure; - Guidance on evolution of governance arrangements and reporting relating to asset pooling; - Delivering Training to Pension Committees and Pension Board members; - Conflict of Interest Policy development; - Providing assistance in developing and managing business continuity and cybersecurity; - Developing Risk Policies and registers; - Review of Compliance with the Pension Regulator's Code of Practice \('TPR COP'\) and ongoing action plans/implementing improvements\.
