## Description

Birmingham City University has a long term strategic aim for the provision of Professional Audio Visual Equipment and Services, to maintain the operation and maintenance of the Universities growing audio-visual estate\. The University would like to offer the opportunity of a pre-market engagement workshop\. Given the current climate and remote working, the likelihood is this will have to be a Virtual meeting\. The aim of the workshop is to describe the challenges faced, the strategic direction and highlight potential collaboration opportunities between a Main contractor, M&E and an AV provider\.
